Please submit the pptx file of your presentation before Sunday, the 14th of September 2025, 23:59 GMT+3, to the ConfTool website. Also, a brief CV of the presenter should be handed  to the session chairs.

The submitted pptx files will be checked for compatibility issues with the available PCs and Authors will be informed in case such issues arise.

The time allocated for each presentation is limited to 15 minutes, including 3 minutes for chaired discussion. 

Presenters are kindly asked to be present at the room where the session will be held according to the conference program at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.

Please note that the paper size is A0 with the longest side positioned vertically.
Posters should include an abstract and conclusions. They should be prepared for ease of viewing by persons standing about 1.5 m from the poster board.

Please submit the pptx or pdf file of your poster before Sunday, the 14th of September 2025, 23:59 GMT+3, to the ConfTool website.

The submitted files will be checked for compatibility issues and Authors will be informed in case such issues arise.

Posters will be printed on A0 paper by the local organizers and will be available for collection at the conference Secretariat.

Presenters are kindly asked to be present in the poster area according to the conference program at least 15 minutes before the start of the session to fix their posters. Poster boards will be marked with a poster ID corresponding to the one found in the conference program. Presenters are requested to use only the board provided for their poster.

Presenters are kindly asked to stand by their posters during the whole poster session, to give a brief presentation and to answer questions by participants, and to remove their poster from the boards after the end of the session. Posters left on the boards will not be returned to the presenters.
